According to the law of conservation of rotational momentum, the rotational speed is inversely proportional to the vortex radius; Therefore, the closer to the axis, the greater the rotational speed, and the lower the static pressure. As a result, an air vortex with a pressure equal to atmospheric pressure is formed in the center of the nozzle, and the liquid forms a circular film that rotates around the air core. The static pressure energy of the liquid is converted into the kinetic energy of the forward moving liquid film, which is ejected at high speed from the nozzle; The liquid film elongates and becomes thinner, eventually splitting into small droplets.
The ambient air enters the air condenser, where it rises to the set temperature before flowing through the hot air distributor and evenly entering the tower. Fine droplets (with adjustable liquid size) instantly dry upon contact with cold air and continuously cool during the falling process. The cooled material is discharged from the drying tower and cyclone dust collector, and the exhaust gas is discharged outdoors through the induced draft fan.
